However, as much as they have a well-established name in the industry, their transition to on-line had not born as much business as was anticipated or needed. Team Tactics provide a personal service that is second-to-none, are customer-focused and highly experienced. Having already delivered considerable improvements to organic search performance, In 2019 Team Tactics tasked Barracuda with improving their website conversion rate in order to extract further value from an increasingly successful website.
Barracuda conducted a user behaviour analysis project to determine where CRO testing could have the biggest impact. Following this analysis, Barracuda designed, built and launched a CRO testing cycle of the main enquiry form and contact page.
Barracuda aimed to test an updated form layout with restructured fields, and a more intuitive design via an iterative testing approach.
Following the launch and testing of multiple iterations of an updated contact page, the final contact page variant delivered a a 36.12% conversion rate improvement (tested to a statistically significant 95% confidence level).
Once the winning page variation was rolled out, the business has enjoyed record breaking numbers of quality leads for their team building and corporate events!
